Advanced Tips
Categories
The work by students are all grouped together on this site. However, you can filter them out by clicking on one of the categories from the menu on the right. You can search by type (such as poetry or short stories) or by an individual students work.Adding your work to categories
Before you publish your work, make sure that you have ticked the right boxes for your category. You can tick as many as you like (as long as they're relevant). For instance, if you submit a poem, you may file it under the poetry category and the category with your name on it.Adding Colour
To add colour to your work, you need to add a colour tag eitherside of the text you want in colour. See the example below; This text is <font color="blue">blue in colour</font>, but the rest is black.
This text is blue in colour, but the rest is black.
Please note that when doing this, colour is spelt in the American form. <font color="blue"> goes before the text you want in colour, and </font> goes in when you want the colour to stop. And of course, make sure you replace the name of the colour (in this case, blue) with the one you want in the inverted commas.
Stuck?
Adding tags can sometimes be confusing if you've never dealt with anything like this before. If you're feeling stuck then either speak to one of your english teachers or send the webmaster an email.
