Branded

So what if I’m pretty - pretty damn dumb,
the perfect girl to go to, to have your bit of fun.
I’ll hardly argue, I won’t bother to object,
It’s not really worth it with no reputation to protect.
The hatred and the malice, the pain fear and strife,
Branded into my soul, labelled your slave for life.
Chained by your lust, restraining hands that burn,
strike me when I’m down and hope that I might learn.
And when the night recedes and the light burns my eyes,
the wishes start again, you or I is going to die

Pelgers Adventure

Pelger felt scared, the dense woods surrounded him like he was being squashed in a wimbuly tree. He was far away from home at the other end of the woods, his family would be mad. The trees here looked different to the ones at home, they were covered in black raven nests and spider-webs; there was no way that any elf could live in one of those trees. The black leaves littered the ground and the grass was as wet as uncle Albert’s pond.
